Thu, April 3, 2008 - 9:56 PMMy husband thought it might be that all the schools fertilized their yards. Not sure if that is the real reason but it doesn't seem that far fetched. I walked out of my office on Delaware Ave. and said "It smells like horse shit!" Got home to Live Oak and it still smelled like it. Weird.

Fri, April 4, 2008 - 8:21 AMI heard it was dredging in the harbor - the Crow's Nest actually closed yesterday as diners were gakking at the nasty whiff!
Residents near the harbor were commenting on the "Eau de Dog Poo".....I live in Pleasure Point and the neighborhood smelled like 7,396 dogs pooed at the same time.

Fri, April 4, 2008 - 11:07 AMI went hiking in the woods above Mt Charlie Gulch yesterday and we could smell it up here. Our group musta stopped three times to check our shoes. I used to smell this fetid stuff in May when I frequented Red White and Blue Beach. I had no idea chicken manure could travel so many miles, being a flightless bird and all. -
