What's up ya'll. Some of you probably know us by now, and others not. We've got a 5000ft2 warehouse open to whatever you got.. That being said, we are not a venue for parties/shows unless they are for the direct benefit of the coop itself,or some other good cause. We've had a few parties here already, and turned out pretty much bunk as far as advancing the arts end.. Anyways, we've got a nice stage, sick balcony, lots of couches, and a whole lotta open space for large projects. We would actually like to see this place morph into a unique burner/artist coop. We have had a few parties here without any noise complaints whatsoever so fundraisers are definately an option AFTER we have an established group willing to handle the responsibilities that go with those kinds of things. We also want to see this place develop with an experienced/mature crowd...maybe 21+...you know?
